jess: Very helpful customer service

I ordered two stands, but the package was short one side piece. Customer service was very responsive and helpful. I had a little trouble putting one together and I m really good at assembling things and again, customer service was immediately responsive and helpful. They are very beautiful, but a little small for 5 year olds product description is for a younger set. Next time, for the cost, I m just going to make my own, it s not a complicated piece to build but it s quite pricey.
