msrw: Excellent Design, Material and Build Quality--Comparable to Dressers that Cost 4-5 Times More

Really distinctive piece of furniture. Color is darker than images shown on Amazon. Appears to be mostly built from solid wood, very well-constructed. At least twice as heavy as the 70 lbs. that Amazon lists. Metal drawer sliders with slow close mechanisms, the drawers appear to be solid wood. The bureau comes fully-assembled, packed in a large cardboard box with half inch foam padding.
