The instructions were wrong and the wood cracks super easily I haven't even finished putting it together and yes I was super careful and the finish chipped off The rales don't line up and overall may be the worst desk I've ever had I should've read all the reviews for this specific product, but figured the company overall had good reviews the product couldn't be that bad. Well I was proven very wrong
