This child s sofa is adorable. I ordered it for my grandchildren ages 2 ...This child s sofa is adorable. I ordered it for my grandchildren ages 2 and 6. The six year old is small for her age. They both love it. The first one that I ordered arrived with a cut on the side of the left arm rest. I contacted Brand New World and spoke with Tamela Emera in Customer Service. I texted her two pictures of the cut. She emailed me a Destruction Letter also used as a Hold Harmless Letter to sign and return to her. She told me to discard or destroy the damaged sofa and that they were sending me a replacement due to the children s safety. They did send me a replacement and it was perfect. Tamela Emera was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend this company and this well-made adorable child s sofa.
